I had the pleasure of working with Tony Bullard for many years and his ability to problem solve was invaluable to our company. Tony helped engineer our day to day order management and client requests in a way that was simple to use and efficient for all our departments to incorporate.
For example, when many custom requests from clients became confusing and hard to manage, Tony initiated our day-to-day workflow tying into Trello’s API – which has helped us tremendously to stay organized and keep clients happy. Tony worked with upper management and our IT/web developers to make sure the project stayed on schedule and met the needs of all the departments at SpotGenie.
Tony spearheaded and organized our main team communication chat rooms, ticket system, and email management. He was a tremendous asset in developing our procedures for testing and coordinating with TV/radio stations across all of North America.
Tony excels at tackling outside-the-box issues and specifically helped us build a system of over 50 different audio layouts to accommodate all of the unique station requests we receive. Tony’s attention to detail makes him an exceptional asset. The systems he helped develop at SpotGenie are still used daily by our Client Services, Support and Operations teams. Tony’s contributions were enormous and his influence is still felt every day.

My name is Stanford Hancock. I am the director at Lanier Middle School and have worked closely with Tony over the past school year. He is creative, hardworking, reliable, and a joy to work with. I strongly believe you will struggle to find a better candidate for your position than Mr. Bullard.
Over the past year, Tony assisted me in my band classes and helped to organize my classroom space to be more effective and efficient. For example, one of my three storage closets was full of only tubas, and ultimately, very underutilized. Tony came back to work after seeing how inefficient the room was and designed a storage system that could house all the necessary tubas and extra instruments and took up a fraction of the room. After confirming the design would work, we purchased the materials and built the table. It was wonderful working with someone that, after seeing a problem, and without prompting, found a solution that betters everyone in the process.
Beyond Tony’s ability to create and problem solve, he is a dedicated, dependable, and reliable colleague. During our final few weeks of the last school year, he was at every concert, performance, helped set up and break down rehearsal spaces, and served the students and myself with making each event run smoothly. I did not require him to be at any events, but he went above and beyond to make the experience the best it could be.
In conclusion, Tony exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding professional: dedicated, dependable, and an incredibly thoughtful professional. His contributions to the band program, our school, and our students cannot be overstated. You will be lucky to have him, and I have no doubt he will bring the same level of excellence and enthusiasm to your company.
